The ThinPrep Pap Test is the most widely used technology for cervical cancer screening today. More than 205 million tests have been performed since the product was introduced in 1996.
The ThinPrep Pap Test is currently the only liquid-based cytology method approved by the FDA for HPV and CT/NG testing.



 
A vaccination against HPV decreases but does not eliminate the risk for developing preinvasive or invasive cervical disease.
